How can i get back at this kid?

Theres this asshole at school , who obviously didnt grow up over the summer and was a jerk to me last year... he calls me freak because i have a different style then him.... he also says other **** and i almost choked him to death today, whats a good way to get back at him with out fighting him but i want him to know i can kick his *** and also i cant get suspended cuz i will lose my job. any ideas?

Also i have been ignoring him and it seems to be working and when he tells things to ppl they dont belive because he has no freinds but i want to show him he cant be an asshole

I know this sounds like something your mother would say, but honestly, just act like you've got better things to do than entertain his attitude. Don't try and "get back," just "get on." By showing him and everyone else that his attacks are stupid and have no affect on you (even if they do), you indirectly embarrass the crap out of him. He may not act like it bothers him, but believe me, it does.

Just think about any time you tried to get a reaction (any reaction) out of somebody who didn't respond the way you anticipated. How did that make you feel? It usually ends up irritating you even more (at least it does me). Just keep that in your head, focus on your school/job/friends, and forget about it.

Trust me, once high school is a distant memory of yours, you'll laugh at how insignificant all of these troubles were. They may not seem insignificant now, because you're whole world is consumed by high school, but in the real world, they're petty and stupid. Hang in there.

get over it. revenge is the worst and not a good idea. just let him see that you are not bothered by him. he is in serious need of attention. when he sees that he can not get your attention, he will leave you alone.
