What state in america has the best jobs?

I'm 16, I live in seattle washington, my father has a (2)crappy jobs, my mom(1), we live in the suburbs, but are struggling with house bills, my father wants to move to another state or country, with way better job opportunity. He's graduate with many degrees of accounting, finance, and marketing. what state will support my dads skills and knowledge at the age 58?

my dad works full time as a manager at a drug store, and part time as a watch guard in mental homes. My mom works full time as a cna nurse in a hostpital. we live in a nice big house, with also my 22 yr old brother.

Maybe he can keep the manager job and transfer to a store in a state with a lower cost of living.

You must know, however, that seeking to switch jobs at your father's age is often difficult. Many companies hire younger workers for less wages than would be required by an older person. I think the best jobs in the US are not in any state at all. They're in the District of Columbia. And the surrounding Maryland and Virginia counties.

And in recent years, the private sector has really grown, so it's not all Federal government oriented any more.
