I am interested in getting into sales, what are the best sales jobs/fields to get into?

I know that there are a lot of factors that go into answering this question such as compensation (base, commissions, bonuses), work environment, potential market, etc. Please let me know what you are basing your response on when answering. Thanks a lot! All feedback greatly appreciated...

Pharmaceuticals can be lucrative, but you need to fit a particular type of salesman to enter the role - very good looking is one major criteria for example.

Insurance brokerage and/or retirement services can be good also because it is a fairly lucrative field with a fairly solid product. Much of the work is done ahead of time to make the sale, so the sales process is easier for you.

Radio sales are hard but it's one thing i blieive in !!
