Sales job that paid on a draw/commission scale-How can I list this simply and effectively on a resume? |
Salespeople will know what I mean..I once worked for a company that paid $850 minimum, no matter what. If sales exceeded this, I was paid a percentage, varying from 5-7% plus other bonuses. If sales were below $850 in commission, I was paid, but the amount under was deducted from the next check. Good idea, #1, but this company requires salary history. Otherwise, I'd never add it. It's actually called "Draw against commission" |
