Don't want to quit my 9-5 job but I need to make some cash on the side - any ideas?

Thinking about waiting tables but I'm kinda older and feel strange about it. I've heard you can do phone sales at night from home but I'm unsure which ones are ligit. Dang I'm stumped!

Depending on how long you need the extra job, you might want to think about applying in retail.

EVERYBODY is hiring right now for additional holiday help. I've seen notices at the mall hiring people just to wrap gifts.

look on the internet there are alot of companies that are paying people to work from their homes doing a variety of things. but beware. do the research. u may want to get a second job in the afternoon & on the days that u are off from ur 1st job. that way u are getting a paycheck every week.

First of all, do you want a JOB or a business that can earn you some extra cash. If all you want to do is to trade hours for dollars that is fine, but realize that there are a TON of scams on the internet to be leary of.

Do a google search for "work at home" or "computer jobs from home" or similar.

The other thing to consider is to ask your employer how you can be more of a value to the company. Ask if there are any extra things you can do outside of your normal work hours, possibly even from home, that could help out the company. I would also ask what it would take for you to be promoted to a higher position and wage and what they think it would take for you to get there.
