Melisma and sunburn problem, Solution?

I m 38, fair completion man. My job is sales and marketing related. I can not avoid sun exposure. I m using sun block spf 60. But, I want treatment to cure the effected part of my face. This has changed a bit my personality image.Kindly some skin specialist or any one who can give suggestion how to get back the actual texture of my skin. Pl some body help me. I ve got treatment twice from a skin specialist. He suggested me to use Advantan cream and Dermaclin fort to apply on effected part of my face at night and use sun block in day time. I ve used it but not got cured so far after a month.

I have melasma and you do not cure it in a month. It took you a LOOOONNNGGG time to get your skin discolored why in the world would you expect it to go away in one month? The discoloration can be lasered off just like a scar or birthmark. You may also take the drug Michael Jackson takes to remove the pigment from his skin...it removes ALL pigment...Then anything from a hot wind to a sauna can mark the return of the discoloration...This is a continuing struggle and one time missing the sunscreen even on a cloudy day and there it is back on your face...wear makeup that is what most of us do...even the men.

BTW: 60 sunscreen is well and good but if it does not block ALL the types of sun's rays it is not going to do much good. Many skin problems can be helped with Repcillin. This is a skin balm made from crocodile oil blended with beeswax, grapeseed and rapeseed oil.
It is a sensation in South Africa and is found in hundreds of pharmacies but is not available in other countries unless ordered online
It will sort out your sunburn as well as mosquito bites and many other external skin problems

I'm thinking that you mean melasma. That's a permanent discoloration of the skin from the sun. I had light dermabrasion (I too have very fair skin) and that took care of it for me. Now I wear hats and avoid the sun on my face at all costs. I wear sun block and SPF powder on my face and neck.
