How to start and end conversations, in interviews, any places without any bad impressions?

I'm looking for a new job in sales. Please help... Many thks.

Practice.
To start business conversation: usually a brief bit of small talk before getting into the heart of the matter, so you seem eager and interested and enthusiastic (even if you're not quite) --It's nice to meet you, I've always admired your company, I really like your company's product/tv commercials etc. if possible do a little research about your company---so you can drop some tidbit from that in conversation. to finish: be polite, thanks for meeting with me, I enjoyed speaking with you, look forward to speaking to you again, good luck with the new project...sounds like you're ill at ease in these situations and I think you just have to force yourself a little until it feels like second nature.
