Anyone hiring someone who is a zero and help turn me into a hero?

I am currently employed in a retail dead end job. I am very smart, and very hard working, strong male. I can do and learn almost any job except sales and get rich schemes. I live in Central Cali. with a wife and two children and don't have much time for school.
Anybody hiring for that?

You need to bring something to the plate. Nobody can turn you into a hero except for yourself. You need to sell yourself in an interview and then bring the goods to the game. Take on more work, stretch yourself and do things you've never before done. Prove that you can take on more.
