I'm looking for jobs part time?

help, i'm international student, i had visa working but i dont know how to get a job . i tried to find but no good result , s.o please help me to get jobs part time , i really want to improve my english and have some extra money because my parents are not in australia with me , i live alone :( . HELPPPPPPPP

I used to be an international student in Australia as well.

Have you tried the job in the university/college itself? Sometimes you can find it advertised in their own website (employments). Also, are you active in social clubs? Sometimes the churches/religion clubs may be able to give you leads on who to contact to.

Just want to remind you that you can only work max 20hrs/week during study period, and full-time only during holiday period.

Try fast food restaurants...stores at malls...mini-mart type stores...they hire college age students and normally will schedule your work hours around your classes so that you can do both. Ask for an application, fill in the information and return it. When called for an interview...show up on time and appropriately dressed. Best of luck to you!
