16YearOld Applying for various part-time jobs? |
Well I just turned 16 last month, and now I'm job hunting for my very first part-time job. I was wondering if it was a good idea to apply for every part-time job I can find .. I applied for HEB and a school-district job, but they haven't called and its been 2-3 weeks. I was thinking of applying for every job I can find around my house (Maybe like 7-12 or more different part time jobs) at one time? Is this a good idea? Please explain why or why not. Thanks ! Sure! Any part-time job you can find at this stage of your life will be good experience for you. It doesn't matter what type of job. Even fast-food or construction or even assisting someone in their home. You'll connect with the world of work. Good luck! |
