Do you agree that Nurse profession is just a second fiddle job and a doctor's helper? |
I am a nurse and I am proud of it. It is a noble profession and it involves taking care of sick people 24/7 who maybe related or not related to us. But other people take nurse as just a second fiddle job and a doctor's halper. What is your opinion about it? Not at all. I think nurses do a very separate and equally important job as doctors. Doctors are there to diagnose and prescribe treatments, while nurses provide ongoing and essential care and often are the most important person for a patient. It's a very noble profession as you say, not an easy one, and one that requires a great deal of patience, commitment and knowledge. Kind of like a vice president. no Being a nurse can be sucky, but hey, you guys help me out alot so why should I feel negative about it. I think doctors are mean though. BTW you spelled helper wrong. nurses have it tough. i think of doctors and nurses separatly. its unfair to compare. I think a nurses job is more important than a doctor, and some good nurses with experience get better at treating patients than doctors. I wouldn't call it second fiddle. Complementary, perhaps. |
