Why is it so difficult to get a job as a Registered Nurse in Canada? |
mean I am a foreigner guy of 27. I have Nursing degree in Brazil, I have tried over and over to get a job as a RN in Canada.. but They put too many barries to work there. However in the US , many hospital have a team of attorneys in order to fix your papers. Why does it happen? Where have you tried ? I would contact the Canadian Consulate in Brazil http://www.dfait-maeci.gc.ca/brazil/saop... Do you speak , French ? Sometimes it's easier to enter through , Quebec. Also I'm sure that Alberta needs nurses. Have you contacted hospitals direct ?I would obtain lists of hospitals from major cities , and apply directly to them.If they are interested with supply you documentation to help you obtain a work visa. Just a guess, but they are probably trying to make sure that Canadian RNs get the jobs first. |
