Can a nurse from the USA go and work in any other country?

I have dual citizenship (US and Italian) and I want to know if I can go back to Italy and get a job as a nurse there as well. I have heard of travel nursing in which you may go for a few months at a time, but what about permanent? In other words, how mobile is a nursing career???

I don't know for sure. But many times Doctors and other health professionals travel and work in different countries. I would suppose you would just have to take the nursing boards (test) of that country, as it wouldn't mater where you trained just as long as it covered what you would need to know for where you wanted to work.
Anne; Somalia, and especially the Congo..

[could] pose some, umm..
'difficulties', -I'd surmise.

P.S: 'Black' Zimbabwe, would be, 'OUT'
