Live in small town. Not many jobs. Hate the one I'm in...What to do?

I actually love my job, but I don't like the only person I work with, a nurse. She makes the job unbearable by being over controlling or under controlling and you never know which! My boss agrees, but they do not have anyone to replace her...its a small town. I just don't think I make enough to suffer...especially when it's not necessary at all. I don't know what to do.

In a small town, it's hard to get around much, or to choose another location. Either change jobs, move within the company, or work in another town.

Check out internet surveys. There are about 135 companies that actually pay real money for taking their surveys. Anywhere from $2 to $75. And focus groups pay up to $150 per hour. That way you can sit at home and 'work' at home for several hours on the computer and make more money than most people do at a 'regular' job. Up to $3500 per month if you're good. And there are programs out that allow you to split your screen and take two surveys at the same time, this gives you even more money to make.
