Do you need a internship to receive a job as a registered nurse?

Depending on the degree type (BSN, ADN, LPN) most nursing schools will provide you with a internship before you graduate. But this is not necessary to obtain a job.
No, you go through the nursing program, pass a State test get your license and you can work anywhere. You have an orientation at the job site you select.
