How does a kindhearted mother of one a nurse by proffesion in Kenya get a job in the U.K or the U.S.A?


I have a dream and mine is to one day work in the U.K or the USA as a nurse.I have six years of experience. I have tried my chances with several agencies but in vain. All i am asking is for a genuine straight way to get to work in the above countries and be able to be a better person.THANKS
