Is becoming a Nurse Technician a good career choice?

I am a Nurse assistant and will like to learn phlebotomy to become a nurse tech and advance in my medical career.
Is it a good choice?
Does it pay good?
Does anyone has this kind of job or knows someone like this, I need advice.

yes of course dear you have chosen a very good career.
you gonna get good salary.
the first and foremost thing is that do whatever you want but always be the best at work by your labour and honesty with the work
no it is not
it would be far better for you to become a tech nurse and have a phlebotomy that way you will earn a lot more.
yes it is very good, go ahead.
Yes it's a noble proffesion trying to mitigate human sufferings.
You would be much better off to go to school at a University and get your BSN. The pay for this position will start at between $40,000-$60,000.
