I'm currently working in a facility here in Montana as RN. I have a contract of 2.5 years and to buyout my contract I need at least $13,000. My plan is to use the sign in bonus that I may get from the hiring company to pay it so that i could move to that company to work...any help?
Wow, I've never heard of contracts that limits RNs from moving around. In California, I think it is illegal, so I assumed it may also be nationwide.
