Kind of jobs helpful during undergraduation if i want to pursue MBA Marketing in future? |
i am doing my undergrad in commerce..presently in my 2nd yr...I would like to know what type of part time jobs will be helpful for me..as i want to do MBA marketing later on....please give any other requirements to do this course. There isn't a full proof formula for getting into an MBA program. What you need to do is establish that you are really good at something (so find a job that leverages your strengths) and shows that you can be a leader (after all MBA is about becoming a manager/leader). If you do something you love and that differentiates you from your peers, you'll stand out in the application pile against other applicants. You will need recommendations so get to know the people you work with really well (that way when they write a letter for you, it will come off as authentic and enthusiastic). Good luck! You can apply for an intership with the State Department. They have several options, but you will need to get your application in early as there are many others trying for the same postion. |

I can tell you that marketing for a corporation is usually as stable as the company you choose to work for. ...MBA in marketing and you have no idea how to make research on the job market and you have no idea how to market your skills and you are asking here?!!! Come on! do some homework - visit job sea... In Government no marketing is involved except in Government owned manufacturing units. But Finance is all pervasive and it plays a major role in formulating , allocating of budgets to various depar... why do you want to work for someone else?
