Ive been looking everywhere to apply for a marketing job with the UFC, where do I apply at?

Dana White is in Las Vegas. He is also a You Tube member. If I were you I would create a video presentation and hand deliver it to him in Las Vegas if you are really serious.

If only half way motivated, maybe just post the video with the words UFC in the tag line (Keywords in the description, like meta tags), along with a bunch of UFC fighter's names. He has someone check YouTube.com everyday looking for those keywords. They find most of them and he might appreciate a guy creative enough to get his attention like that.

Go to UFC.com and hit the contact button at the bottom of the page, maybe the webmaster can point you in the right direction.
