Is it hard to get ccna jobs without any experiance or degree? |
I am undergraduate and planning to do Cisco CCNA and CCNP.But i am worried about job market. Is it really hard to get a job without any degree or prior experience? The CCNA certification is basically a introduction to networking and with only a CCNA your job choices are limited. The CCNA and CCNP should be complement with the degree and expereince you have gotten. Unless you are aiming for the CCIE (which very few have passed and the test is ridiculously expensive and is overkill for most jobs) than you shouldnt rely solely on a ccna or ccnp for a job search but it definitely helps to have them. If you don't have much experience, then at the job interviews you must do well when they ask questions about subnetting. |
