Responsibilities included Warehousing activities, Sales planning; product promotional activities were a part of it. Responsible for sales promotional activities for industrial and institutional sales and dealing with government authorities like C.S.D D.G.S&D municipal corporations. Led a team of 16 Sectional Heads and 64 operating persons to Achieve Organizational Goals through Strategic Planning in line with Organizational Policies.
