Which job is better-marketing job or human resource job ? and why?


IN WHICH JOB I CAN EARN MORE? which job is better on monetory and non monetory basis?

Marketing would be the better choice, especially if you're an outgoing personality type. Look at it in a business perspective. Marketing people are out there advertising, meeting with perspective customer, basically laying the groundwork for sales revenue. HR people don't make money for the company, in fact they cost the company money. If a company falls on hard times, the first place they look to cut overhead is those positions that don't make money. How do I know all this? I worked in HR for over 20 years. Trust me.
