Which job i can get easily in america- marketing job or human resource job?

is it possible that i study in india and get job in america? if yes , then how?

It depends on what your qualifications are. It's very easy to get a job in Marketing because you start out just selling stuff, and most marketing places are willing to give anybody with an undergrad degree a chance. Human Resources is a bit tougher. You could get an entry level HR job with no prior experience, but most places want you to have experience or a degree related to HR. The best way to find out is to just apply to some jobs and see what happens.
