As long as your name is in the company name. Dude you need to open a business checking account. Also, there is a lot of paperwork legally required to operate a business. From the Feds. State and County your in. go to this website are read thru the stuff on "DBA's" or Doing Business As. The website is: www.legalzoom.com Just sign it and deposit. It has your name on it. Since your name is part of the business name, you should be able to deposit it in your account. In the future, I suggest you just use your real name and not a made up business name.
