What is the scope for job for an Indian MBA(marketing)in the US,i am not a citizen nor a green card holder?

You need to find a company to sponsor you. You don't have to have permanent green card. A company can hire you for couple year assignment.

A lot of contract engineering/employment agencies put immigrants on these visas then rent you out to a big corporation. If the corporation likes you they pay the agency a fee and sponsor you for either temporary or permanent green card.

Most often done for engineers, IT, nurses where there are big shortages. Marketing people are pretty common so you need a reason for them to hire you over the thousands of available American marketing managers

No legal options in the US if you don't have a green card. Do whatever you need to do to get your green card, then many doors will open for you.
There is hardly any scope unless your institute has campus selection where U S based MNC's participate.
Next option is get into US legally ( not with Patiala based dance group) and try your luck.
