How to find the jobs in Dubai / Abu Dhabi?

I would like to know the authentic procedure for applying jobs in Dubai / Abu Dhabi ! I am an MBA in Intl. Business (Marketing) holding one year experience with Emami Limited, India. Joined as a management trainee and later on got promoted to Asst. Country Manager looking after Business Development and Intl Marketing for Emami products in Gulf region. Presently employed with NSI India Ltd. (Iron & Steel sector) as an Asst. Manager - Intl Marketing looking after Europe & USA markets. Considering the glamour and humor attached with Cosmetics / FMCG sector I am more inclined to make my mark in the same sector. Although I am yet to stabilize with my present sector, but I am very much eager to get employed with FMCG company(s), particularly in Gulf region (Dubai). Hence, I shall be grateful to you if you can let me know the best way and appropriate consultants either in India / Gulf who can sincerely assist me in geting placed in cosmetic /fmcg /fmcd companies in gulf? Eager to work abroad.
