Why do some people hate things that are made in China?

I am a Chinese I just can't stand all the 'boycott China!' rubbish on the internet.

If you are a real American then you should understand the rules of free market better then us Chinese. Under capitalism if you don't want to buy the same quality of work for a lower price that mean you are dumb or you have too much money in your pocket. But that is fine by me, but stop making up so call 'facts' to insult China.

And if you say it is because it is stealing American jobs. But when you say 'American jobs' what do you mean? Just look at this fact: All the so call 'American jobs' are given away by...Americans! So if the jobs are so 'American' why are they given away by Americans themselves? Why? Let talk about how do a boss choses a worker. Let just say the job is picking apples from a tree all day long. And lets say the quality of work from a Chinese and an American are the same. If you are the employer you will pick the candidates that you need to pay less! This is just common sense.

Easy there big fella
Economy, Money, Power, these three words are perfect example why the world buy Chinese product, but remember mostly they are only just the producer, They don't own International brand such as Nike, Cola, Sony, Dell, CK, Etc (they try to buy oil giant but no deal I mean how many westerner you see own Lenovo?) so actually American people just paying fraction amount of money if they buy Chinese made International brand goods. The rest of the value ended up in the Huge American Corporate pocket.

In comparison Chinese people have to pay 100% amount of money to USA/western if they buy Boeing, Louis Vuitton, Hollywood movies (not in form pirated DVD but TV broadcast or Cinema), High speed train, Cargo ships, Medicines, Windows (not in form of pirated copy) or any other high tech high quality goods for that matters.

I think most people only see problems from one angle, For example European (especially the British) people felt the same way back when United States started industrialization era in the early 20th century, Many European factory outsource it's labor to the US or even relocate their factory to US. I think now is American turn and I'm sure The American will prevail and overcome this problem as their European counterpart did and I'm also sure China turn will come. It's a cycles of life.
to our country beyond belief.Because the Chinese are communists and want to be the global superpower. It p!iss!es me off that jobs have gone over there. They are sucking us dry in the manufacturing industry. They take all the money and add it to their military expenditure. BOYCOTT CHINA NOW IT WILL BE OF BENEFIT TO OUR COUNTRY! The American corporations are greedy too. That has been a detriment to this country beyond belief.
because most Chinese companies (not all Chinese companies) builds inferior products for major manufacturers such as Mattel, Ford, etc (European or US, it doesn't matter).

now granted I will say as companies grow, so will their economies of scale...therefore production will increase and so will best practices....(of producing better quality products).

but in the meantime I get upset at how some items are built so cheaply.

as for the labor issue...well.....I won't touch that subject with a 10 mile long pole.
And exactly how much is the Chinese government paying you for saying all of this?

True, American jobs were given away by Americans to cut costs and raise profits. However, I see the trend reversing itself in 10-15 years for two main reasons:

1) Labor costs in China, etc. will begin to increase. Doesn't do any good to make all of those things if you can't afford them, and eventually your average Chinese worker is going to want a raise.
2) Transportation costs.

And China shouldn't celebrate too loudly. Last time I checked, the US hadn't polluted one of its rivers so much that it may be irreperable. We can't say the same for China now, can we?
The frustration comes from the enormous trade deficit that the U.S. has with China, and the aggressive trade restrictions that China has, preventing goods from the U.S. from entering their markets.

Additionally, there have been many factories in the U.S. shut down over the past 20-30 years, and much of this is out-sourcing of jobs to other countries. In many small towns, the unemployment rates are through the roof because of this fact. It's a hard pill for a lot of people to swallow.
I am going to say it takes american jobs away. America should take care of it's citizens before it takes care of anyone else. Its great if you like getting paid 10cents for a full days work but here that wont cut it. We have so much that needs paid. bills, college tutions, morgages, property taxes, wage taxes, school taxes, gasoline, I am a middle class working citizen I have lived on nothing but bread for weeks because the goverment gives all of our jobs overseas. just so they CAN bring in the money. the rich get richer the poorer get poorer. they can buy 10,ooo dollar sweaters for there dogs while most of us barely live pay check to paycheck.
I hate communists
