This would mean more jobs for Mexicans. Could cut down on illegal immigrants coming into the usa. Faster and cheaper tranport costs of goods into the usa. friendlier realtionship with mexico then with China.
I though NAFTA was meant to help the usa, cananda and mexico , central american trade Not Chinese trade ??!!
Two reasons: First, the life in the US may be more attractive than the job outsourced to Mexico. Second, certain jobs ( like driving cars/taxis, restaurant services, etc cannot be outsourced because the labor must work at the point of consumption. |
