if one company gets an order from other country;s business man,and they had been signed an agreement,but if china company can;t sending the goods to abroad on time ,just beause one of china company;s cooprate company could not finished the job on time,but as you see if the western business man ask for law help.that will cused china company broken,how can make thing change well.maybe indybell can answe this question,quickly plese

If you have a contract to deliver goods by a certain time and you can not deliver on time then you have broken the contract. The person you are delivering the goods to could in theory back out of the contract. If you want to keep the contract and show good will you could offer the goods at a reduced price for being so late.
