Are there any laws that say my company has to give me 60 day notice b4 my job ends bcaus it is going to china?

Depends on the size of the company, it was a while, but it used to be a law that if there were a certain number of emploees ( it was over 100) they had to give a 30 day notice of the closing of the plant.

If they are not closing the plant, merley getting rid of alot of the people, no they don't have to.

actualy it's 14 days. AKA the 2 weeks notice.

no. sorry. not unless you signed a contract of some kind. most us workers are what is known as "at will" employees. your employment can be terminated at anytime without notice. it would be nice of them to give you a heads up though. best of luck to you.
