Has anyone studied internship for ACUPUNCTURE in china Beijing Tianjin?

I am interesed in traveling to china to intern in a acupuncture chinese medicine hospital. I currently have my masters degree in chinese medicine in america. I do not speak chinese, but I am interested in a 3 month language study. I am interested in 3-6 months of internship, but hopefully more.
I am also interested in learning how to cook chinese food so any links to culinary schools would be great. The cooking would be just for fun.
Questions:
What are ur experiences with your training?
Where did u train?
Was it difficult to use a translator during classes?
Where did u stay and what were the dorms like? Internet included if not how much. Are there any chinese websites that u can find apartments with?
What was the cost for training and living?
Any recommendations other than Beijing and tainjin?
Would u recommend finding an internship position some where in america instead of china?

While there how could I find a possible conversational english teaching job?
Thank you
