What is red China doing about the many N.Koreans that illegally emigrate to China to get food?

I hear they go to beg on the streets because the streets in N. Korea have nobody to beg from and no food anywhere except in the palace and the army. Tgey are not allowed to take jobs. Maybe we can send some mexicans there to build a wall and they can send us some coolies to build a wall? Tit for Tat. The Chinese are great at building big long walls. This may resolve a delicate labor crisis and fix both immigration problems.

If China needs to build a wall, they would use prisoners, especially the political ones. Free labor from prisoner are much more cost-effective than "Cheap labor". But I don't see a need for a wall, since the Chinese government would deport illegals right away after they spend time in prison.
And North Korean are not allowed to leave their country with out proper visa. And after they are deported from China for being a illegal, They have to spent time in Korean prison. Prisons are real prisons without cable TV, radios, and weight training room.

Well, sometimes they just ignore them, but they also like to round them up and toss them in prisons, drive them into the forest or worse, send them back to North Korea.
