Are there any unemployed people in China/Japan, and why do they keep being surprised at me( unemployed)?

I dont have a job cause i'm kind of worthless after my last job, i can't find a job cause i lack social skills. Yea, that's the reason. I talk to chinese people or japanese people and they all seem to get jobs easily after they graduate from college. i went to college and i'm pretty stupid socially. does it have to do something with their culture being more accepting of shy people? Cause i talk to them in voice chat or something and they are either shy or know shy people and they say that even shy people can have great jobs there.... I don't buy it actually, i thiink all Chinese, japanese people are talkative, so that's why they don't have problems finding jobs.

It not easy to get a job in Japan as well. I have experience worked in China, too. In China, it is harder than Japan, because there are huge population.

However, from Asian eye, the system in US are severe, and require tons of things for the candidates. qualification of graduation, certification of skill, references, letter of introduction,etc.
In Japan, some companies demand on filing these, however, usually no need. The candidates only write their education and skills on their resume. That's all. no need references, no letter of introduction, no need showing certification. Because Japanese basically don't do big-lie in their resumes.

I'm shy too, and I've held jobs before. I'm going to college now, so I'm not working at the present time. Being shy is not a valid excuse for not getting job. It's hard as hell to go out and meet new people, but you have to do it in order to advance in your life.
I think the people you've talked to just realize that. And if there is a need for employees, they are going to fill it.
