No. Their population is aging very quickly thanks to mao's Great Leap Forward followed quickly by 1 child per couple. They are going to have their hands full with very few workers to support a bunch of old folks.
With Clinton no longer in the White House to give it to them, it may take a little longer, but Madame Hillary is in line for the job. If she gets it, who knows?

electronics.... you say yes.. but all china does is simply mass produce american technology. It isnt Chinese technology.

Just as Japan as been known for doing. Innovation occurs in the USA but instead of developing it we ship it off somewhere else where they refine it and manufacture it.
