life is simple and no intrsting sometimes.rspecically when you don;t like the job you have,thogh when tom hate to see his wokshop again while when he wokes for a small fatory and in charege for sales depatment at the moment .his friends will calling him on time.always.and he will tell his boss he must met some new custom,then tom will met his old friends and going to some film bar.or...will that happens in uk? Same old questions, time after time, so same old answers should be good enough. No, it would happen differently and faster at the weekend. Workshops closed down by evil land baron. Much loss. yes dear................. Ah so, your friend Tom has been appointed as the In-Charge of the Sales Department of a small factory. And whenever his old friends call him up, he will lie to his employer that he is going to meet some new customers - and then go waste his working hours in some film theater, or bar. Correct ? ...If someone tries this trick in the UK, someone or other of his employers' friends are bound to spot him - and pass the news on to his employers, that their Sales In-Charge is upto no good. ...The fellow will not only be dishonorably dismissed from his job, but the word will be quietly passed around about his lying and cheating ! Nobody will give him a second chance, after that. ...One can even trust a man who falls asleep at work, but a chap who is caught about his silly lies, is never trusted... What???? If caught then he would be given a warning or possibly sacked for being deceitful and sneaking away from work while being paid to do a job and not to go out socialising with friends. Just make sure that he knows that if he is caught i'm sure that practices are similar in china, and he could find himself unemployed. Tom would be fired in the UK, or America... Well, Tom would probably be fired everywhere except on your team, it looks like. There are many people that dislike their jobs, but lying to your boss so that you can go barhopping is not a good idea. Tom had better be productive or his boss will notice that his "business meetings" are not resulting in any sales! |
