This question and others like it miss the obvious point. The people voted against the Republicans in the last election. Democrats have been screaming for years that we need change. The Democrats now have control of Congress, or at least will after next month. It is no longer for the Republicans to shape policy. The Democrats now have the ball and it is time for them to turn their rhetoric into positive action to benefit the people. However, Democrats are still acting like the minority party. They are not giving us their plans for action, but are rather still blaming the Republicans for their lack of one and failed actions of the past. The question of whether Democrats have a plan is valid. The question of what is the Republican plan is dodging the issue.
