A question about union labor?

Union labor and the organized crime that comes with it has run so many jobs to Mexico and China.
How can we get rid of unions?

unions destroyed the manufacturing sector in the USA. They realize their missteps and I think they will be a much better group in the future. I think the hadcore unions in the auto industry are going down fast. Ford will likely do like the airlines and go into bankruptcy and get rid of all the dead weight medical bills.
Subaru workers have failed to unionize because they are happy at work. I think this will be the future model for manufacturing in this country. Workers with good corporate leadership representing themselves rather than creating an entire industry of 3rd party representation.

It will be difficult. The Democrats are proposing legislation that would permit unionization of a company without first holding an election; that will make it more difficult.

By passing laws that can keep companies from mistreating their employees.
Circuit City fired 3400 people because they were being paid to much.
