USA too damn crowded and overrun with foreigners? |
Who voted for Bush? Feel like a fool now? Why does this country allow foreigners to have the privledge of two countries... ours and theirs. Research ANY country and see what percentage is American. Research US and see what percentage is foreign. Staggering. Less jobs, housing, food, and opportunites for Americans. Sad. How many more people can this country hold without pushing out more Americans. When we can't find decent housing or a job because the Chinese guy has it, where are we to go.....China? No thanks. Let's vote correctly next time and get a president that doesn't welcome foreigners with open arms. THIS IS NOT CHINA, JAPAN or FRANCE. Enough of everything being printed in another language and pressing one for English. Our forefathers fought for this land. Had nothing to do with foreigners. Appreciate true American comments. Then we can all get a good idea of where this country is headed. I agree on some level. I don't think that we should be quite as open with who moves here. We should implement stipulations, like Australia has. You have to have a legitimate reason for moving there (a job that was already given to you, school, etc). That alone would cut down on our influx of immigrants. Also,I think that by having somewhere else to flee to, citizens of some other countries aren't as interested in making their own homes a better place to live. Maybe they would be more involved with the state of their own countries if our borders were closed. By the way, I have Native American blood also. I think it was horrible what has come to pass in this country, but we need to set limitations now, or history will repeat itself. Unfortunately I did vote for Bush. I thought at the time it was the right decision. I cannot wait for them to put a halt on immigration. We speak English here and now everytime I look at something in the grocery store, the other language stands out better than the English. I'm tired of it too. I am sure that the native americans are thinking about the same thing, you guys are insulting my family and many other families who are here because out ancestors or grandparents choose to come here. America is a young country. i can understand if this was Europe You should define what you mean by "foreigners". Unless you are a direct descendant of the indigenous Americans you are a foreigner to them mate, who robbed them from their land and riches, as are all the descendants from the Founding Fathers and from the waves of immigrants after them: Italians, Poles, Irish, African Americans, Vietnamese boatpeople etc. And so you should be grateful that everything is at least in English and that they did not force you to learn Apache or Sioux or Lakota in grade school. A little more humility would become you. mate. It's too bad you think this way. Your mind is very small. Just because your fathers / Grandfathers sperm landed you in this country gives you the right to think this narrow. Get over it and live your life and enjoy the good times. They won't last forever but the world will. Your bitterness will only shorten your time here above ground. This stupid little comment won't change a thing. Unless you are an American Indian you know not of which you speak.I do agree however that one language should be adopted and foriegn nationals should assimalate rather than be catered to secretarian privilage.
