How do i handle my new boss?

he was hired after me, (2 yrs after) and is still learning the basic concept of the General manager position. I can run this place with my eyes closed, but he make stupids decisions I have to stand by and watch him make these mistakes, and follows his "direction". He has an ego the size of texas. I wonder if I should just follow his directions and keep my mouth shut, or do my job the best way I know and take his crap, and let him take the credit for my efforts.

If I don't step in and fix things or prevent his mistakes, I run the risk of him running this warehouse/branch of the company into the ground then we both loose our jobs.

BTW, We are the only 2 people who work here in the US, it is a Korean company based in China, and he is korean.

P.S. he makes 2 time the amount I do...

Because he's in a superior position, I would avoid being insubordinate. However, when he makes decisions that you know are not the best, why not put in your two cents in a professional and confident way to show him that you know what you're talking about? With little time, he'll take notice of your talent and experience and ask for better ways to do things. Good luck, honey.
Walk softly and carry a big stick...
