Why do they outsource jobs to china when they can't even make a tube of toothpaste without screwing it up?

Saw the made in China bit on Good Morning America, and was just curious.

They didn't mess up.
They intentionally used dangerous materials to save money.
U.S. companies outsource to save money.

1. Low cost
2. Low cost
3. Low cost

And we people are not getting any richer like (Chinese, Indian, Brazilians, etc), so we have to go for these low quality products. Right mate!
