How much money can I earn working at a parttime job in Harbin, CHINA.?

I`m not native English speaker.

The best-paying jobs readily available to foreigners, especially on a part-time basis, will be teaching English.

Your prospects for this may be lower since you are not a native speaker, but much will depend on where you come from. If you are a Caucasian European and speak good clear fluent English, you shouldn't have much trouble finding some work. If you are not a white person, you're going to be a much harder sell in China...sad and kinda stupid, maybe, but true. If your spoken English is not reasonably clear and correct, you will also face problems from that.

75-100 RMB per hour is probably a good working guesstimate for Harbin. With a little luck, or with some good reputation and word-of-mouth behind you there, you might be able to earn more. "Part-time" can be anything from 1 hour a week and up, so you'll have to figure the specifics you want.

Otherwise there's not much available in part time (or full time, for that matter) unless you have strong technical, design, or management skills and experience. Work here in hotels, restaurants, and so on pays so little as to not even be worth considering.

well, I assume you are talking about part-time English teaching, if you look like a "forgeigner" meaning white skin and a bonus of yellow hair you can easily get a job teaching, part-time teaching can be profitable if it is private tutoring you can set your rate at about 100rmb per hour since you are not a native speaker, also if you work part-time for a school I would say hours should be about 10 per week and again you can charge a rate of 80-100 per hour
