Please look at the labels and dont but stuff from china,buy America.and maybe we will have more jobs in America.

It would be a more perfect world if we could continue to purchase products made in the USA. However, while many CEOs of large companies wish their workforce to pull together, you know, teamwork, the CEOs, do not. They push around the numbers, and the number that gives them a 7 or 8 figured salary and the employees a lower than 5 figured salary is where the work will be done. As we watch our production scurry overseas, making the CEOs wealthy, we will see the US citizens become more poor. And unemployed. And when enuff people are unemployed, there will be less money for the tax paid services we enjoy today: fire, police, military, schools, roads, bridges, well the list is endless...and how we will ever continue with such stuff as social security or medicare or welfare is beyond imagination. A country that stops producing spirals down the hill to becoming a 3rd world country. The politicians of this country seem to be selling us out rapidly...and we will soon become the United States of something other than America. Aren't your anscestors just rolling in their graves? Mine certainly are. Hope this answers your question. S

I absolutely buy stuff made in China! "Buy American" is ignorant stupidity.

i don't think we have a choice, most of our everyday stuff is made there... its a descrase, i ageree we need to move the jobs back to the USA!!!!!!!!!!

Most products don't come with labels, but with some research, you can usually find where things are made. Still, I think you'll find this very challenging. Try to go a month without buying anything from China and write again to tell us how you did. Many products are not even made in the US any more.

If I were to buy stuff made in America, I will also have to find out whether I am supporting other countries, since the 'made in America' label does not guarantee that every part is from America, and every part is made in America itself.

Will we have more jobs in America? I doubt so. Its not as if jobs won't go out elsewhere if consumers stop buying those made in other countries.

A person would have to hate their kids or grand kids to keep buying that garbage!

Nowadays products have labels that says made in USA. What's misleading about that label? Here's one of the problems, while the packaging might have been made in the USA, the actual product was made in China.
Even things that are "made" in USA, usually are made overseas and assempled in USA.
While some products, such as the Harley Davidson, have components that are not actually fully american made, but are advertised as if american made. While some parts are made in USA, many of the parts are made overseas, and assembled in the USA.
As to buy only USA products, thanks to the USA leaders, it's way too late for that.
Even many of the foods you think have been grown and processed in the USA have actually been grown and prosessed overseas. Yet the label may say made in the USA. The label made in USA?
Even though you may think that you are not buying products made in China, the odds are is that you actually are.
