Class trip to China? |
I was supposed to go on a trip to china with my class.. my parents said ok.. but now they are saying that we dont have the money.. which i know we do..i would pay for it myself ($ 2000) dollars but i dont have a job.. is there a way i can convince them to let me go.. or is there any job that i can get... im only 14 =(.. help pls.. im really pissed off.. the trip is not until april so i have plenty of time.. but still... Your best bet for earning money is probably babysitting, dogwalking, or petsitting. That sort of thing. It may be difficult to find a regular after school job because the labor laws regarding 14 year olds can make you more of a liability to potential employers. If your parents are worried about safety, this is one of the safest countries to travel in. I live in China and I have no fears of travelling here and I'm female. The worst thing that has ever happened to me is having my backpack stolen. That can happen in any country. You definitely don't want to miss out on going to China. come up with a reason why you are going that will benifit you and your parents. also china is very educational. ive been there its a great place to go and its dissapointing to miss out on something like that. work part time or do wat tha guy above me said about makin tha trip sound beneficial 4 u uh. you're only 14.. where are you going to work? babysit, paper route...that's all really for your age group |
