Why so many mining disasters lately? |
I am very happy the miners in Africa were rescued--there were so many, and all were saved--but the men that died in mines in China and the USA in recent weeks...strange how these catastrophes happen in clusters. My job is not dangerous, and I imagine most of our jobs are not, but maybe we should consider people doing dangerous jobs on a day to day basis? There has been a lot of seismic and volcanic activity. Perhaps this explains some of it? |
