Thanks
I think monster followed by either .com or .ca or .au all have good job postings but these are the companies that don't spend money to advertise. I think following the local newspapers will yield good finds.

If you are from India and are looking to move out, my experience would suggest you stay put. I have just returned after 5 years in Canada and I am enjoying every bit of it. I had a good job / house etc there yet missed the opportunity to help my country grow which I am fulfilling now.

India will emerge as one of the top 3 countries in about 5-7 years and it will be the place to work, yes there will be competition here but that is what makes life challenging.

Any way if you are keen in getting some good exposure for your future life, by all means go ahead as it a different world there.

My last bit of advice would be to make sure you have a job before you even invest in a plane ticket. All the best.
