What are some credible study abroad agencies/companies/organizations?

As an undergrad, I studied abroad in Spain, absolutely loved it and would encourage and tell anyone who would listen about my experience and the importance of cultural exchange. I'm currently in an program teaching english in Spain and my time here is almost up :( As you can tell, I'm very passionate about international education and cultural exchange and it would be a dream to work behind-the-scenes with an organization whose job is promoting just that.
What are some companies that I could look into as far as looking for employement with them? I've already looked up IES, CIEE and a few others.

I FEEL JUST LIKE YOU!!! I have travelled around to many different countries and I found that there is no more beautiful, colorful, fun, exciting and more unique culture than Spanish. My recommendation is always Spain, because Spanish together with English are the most useful languages to learn and you will be covered almost worldwide. You will use them in the US as well and this asset of knowing Spanish will stand out on your college application but also in your CV resume for future jobs.
