Im In Debt in the UK If i moved abroad to say spain would natwest bank or the collectors be able to trace me?


If I informed my family/friends not to tell the debt collectors if they phone the country i will be moving to surly it makes there job a hell lot harder? any thoughts on this? alsoi got told there would be no point for the collection agency filing for a ccj if im abroad cause it would be very hard indeed for them to inforce it abroad.

Your credit is established. You can't run away from it. If you run you'll eventually spend time in jail.
