Do Job-sites Work? How & Which?

I've been browsing job-sites for months to get a job abroad.Most seem dumb or dummy.Do they really work? If yes,which ones,how and when,please?

I have luck using Monster and Career Builder. I also use job sites specific for my profession or industry.

Post your resume on several sites.

Well I hesitate to say they work because everyone and thier brother will be using this site. Use the site as a tool for research into actual employers sites. Then make sure you make a contact with employers and send a cover letter addressed to someone with a great resume applying for a particular position
The job market is competetive and there is nothing we can do about it. Just post your resume on numerous sites and hoping that you will be contacted by an employer. The more chances you interview, the more you get better at it. Good luck.
