I'm a civil engineer.where can i find a job?

I have graduated form my engineering course and i do not have
any experience yet as an engineer. I live in the Philippines and would like to earn a decent living abroad as a civil engineer.where is the best place for me to go?

Well... from personal experience... you should look for plants... the pay is amazing and the workin environment is laid back.
thier building alot in Iran ... pays good....
